Backyard Fun Factory provides the safest and most durable play systems on the market and the most fun. Backyard Fund Factory systems have a whimsical flavor to their design that is “imagination candy” to our most precious possession, our children. Backyard Fun Factory realizes that all customers that review our product have a choice, that is why we construct our products with only the best domestic materials and manufacture them here in the good ole USA. We want to keep our jobs at home, give us the chance to earn your business!

All products manufactured by Backyard Fun, have no potentially toxic pressure treated lumber. Naturally decay and insect resistant Select Redwood, cedat and cypress are used. For exterior use, Redwood stays flat and straight with minimum warping, cupping or checking. Treating wood with chemicals increases it's decay resistance, but it doesn't improve other characteristics of the species.

Quality
We realize that most of our customers aren't experts in construction, particularly in construction of wooden gymsets. So how do you identify quality? In a word - DETAIL.

Look for details and ask questions. Is the wood sanded smooth with round edges? Are the holes countersunk? Is the wood sealed? Do bolts stick out? Are the swing chains only partially coated? Are trapeze bars and ladder rungs wooden (which will splinter) or powder coated steel? Are ladders vertical or inclined? Inclined ladders are safer. Are the steps round or flat? Flat steps provide safer footing. Is the wood pressure treated with potentially toxic chemicals? We set the standard for quality and attention to detail.
